Relaxation is the remedy

Vision Yoga

Naomi improving her natural vision, with vision yoga.

A holistic approach to transform the way we see.

My Vision Yoga classes are about much more than just exercising the eyes. Your thoughts, emotions and mental state directly influence your physical sight.

Using Yoga’s philosophy of bringing union, we allow the mind, the eyes and the body to work together naturally. This will not only help improve vision, it will also promote positive transformation.

These classes will use simple movements and relaxation techniques to release tension and help unwind the eyes and the mind.

A mindful approach will enable you to focus on your experience of the present moment. We will bring gentle awareness to the subtle processes of our eyes, mind and body. This will allow you to begin to untie any habitual patterns of behaviour and tension, which could be impeding your natural vision.

There will be plenty of time for discussion and exploration.
