Class Information

Which is the right class for me?

Take a look at my group classes page, which has a description of the classes I run. If you would prefer something more tailored to you then maybe a private class is the best way for you to start. If you’re still not sure, please contact me to discuss.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. No special kit needed.

What should I bring?

My studios are fully equipped and have mats and other props for you to use. However, if you have your own mat you'd like to bring then please do. You might like to bring your own water bottle.

What if I have an injury?

I have experience teaching people with many kinds of illness and injuries, yoga can be a great way to help. You can let me know before the class or just simply let me know when you are there. I will help you modify the practice to get the most therapeutic benefits from your class.

Can I come if I'm pregnant?

I have plenty of experience teaching pregnant women and have completed ‘Yoga Alliance Pregnancy Yoga’ course and ‘Integrating Pregnant Students in a Group Class’. I’m not currently running any pre-natal group classes, but I’d be happy to offer some private classes or you can join a group class.

How do I pay?

Payment for group classes is made through the Bristol Yoga Centre online booking system. We don’t have a card payment facilities onsite but it’s possible to pay cash at the studio (please bring the right amount) or use our online link for drop in.

What if I can’t make my booking?

If you have booked a class and are unable to attend, you can cancel for a full refund up to 24hrs before the class. Alternatively, you can transfer to another class of the same or lower value up to 12hrs before the class.   Please login through Bookwhen to see your existing class information and to amend booking.
