You may have noticed your eyes getting inflamed, dry, or sore. It can become hard to focus because of tension headaches and blurry vision. You may have found that as you get older, your vision is getting slowly worse.
How we care for our eyes and mind has a huge impact on how our vision works. Just like brushing your teeth, your eyes benefit from receiving regular care.
In this introduction, we’ll show you an easy and relaxing way to look after your vision using Yoga, Bates Method and Somatic Movement. Through discussions and practice, we’ll explore the intimate connection between eyes, mind and body and how Vision Yoga can bring greater wellbeing.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of students including beginners. No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
